		<description>You nailed it on the software development.  I work at a Uni, and keep seeing all these way I can &#039;make things better.&#039;  Of course, we can just throw in a web app, and we&#039;re going to be *so* much more efficient.  Unfortunately, this is not the case, because now I spend all my time developing apps for which nobody uses, but everybody complains about.  

I really prefer just writing apps for myself, I think.</description>

Now that you mention it, New Zealand should be on my list, too - along with numerous other places.
